Rob is a rocket engineer with theoretical and practical expertise concerning solid, hybrid and liquid rocket engine systems. Experiences include designing and testing solid-fuel rockets, a 10 kN hybrid rocket engine, cryogenic systems, and self-pressurizing green propellant systems. Rob has expertise in thermodynamic and fluid dynamic analysis, including boiling two-phase flow. Also, practical expertise in lathing and milling, high-voltage discharge electronics, and vacuum systems.
